All US Shipping is FREE on orders over $100.00. The subtotal must be over $100 after any discounts or credit is applied in order to qualify for the free shipping. Any orders under $100 will have a $8 shipping charge. Please note that there is still a 1-3 day processing time for these orders, but we do our best to make these orders a priority to get them shipped out as soon as possible. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are also not able to ship to PO Boxes at this time since we ship UPS Ground, please provide a physical address for the package to be delivered to.

We use UPS for all our shipping needs. Please make sure to enter your correct mailing address. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item is returned to us for an incorrect address you are responsible for purchasing it back from the USPS and reshipping the item. 

We process orders as promptly as possible. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped and tracking will be available. Typically items ship same day if placed before 2PM. Orders usually arrive 2-7 business days however this can change in peak times. All US holidays we will not ship on. Please allow an additional 1-7 days for delivery depending on your location. We are not responsible for natural weather delays on expedited orders as they are out of our control.

Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it. If you do need it by a certain date please reach out to us so we can help you get it expedited!
